Trust Risk Management Services, Inc. (TRMS) is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the National Association of Social Workers, Code of Ethics. TRMS will comply with all legal and ethical guidelines for non-discrimination in promotional activities, program content, and in the treatment of CE participants. If the grievance specifically concerns TRMS, the Social Worker Planner and the TRMS CE Director will attempt to arbitrate.
- The timeframe for the grievance will be resolved within 30 days from the date of the complaint.
